At organicindiaseeds, we want you to be completely satisfied with your sustainable fashion purchase. If your item isn't the perfect fit, we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all unworn garments.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the items in their original organic cotton packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the garment is in its original condition.

• 3.
  Ship the Items

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via our portal to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Exchange

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your new exchange within 5-7 business days.
